Frontier operates an integrated production network across China and Southeast Asia, designed for speed, precision, and quality. Our warp knitting facility runs 50 high-efficiency machines; the weft knitting plant spans 21,000 m² with 200 machines and a 99.8% completion rate. The Hongxin dyeing facility ensures consistent color with 13 cylinders, while our digital print plant produces 15,000 meters daily using eco-friendly technology—ideal for agile, high-quality output. This robust setup enables us to meet global brand demands with flexibility and confidence.

STRATEGIC COLLABORATION

In January 2025, Frontier signed a strategic partnership with Taiwan’s Long John Group in Ho Chi Minh City,
marking another landmark in enhancing our global supply chain. Thanks to this strategic collaboration,
Vietnam further cements its position as an important center for Frontier’s textile manufacturing,
creating a fully integrated value chain of R&D, design, production, and sales.

CERITIFICATIONS

Frontier committed to responsible use of any kind of
resource and constantly investing in new and efficient
technology to reduce harmanes.
So far, we have set up our transparent supply chain and got approved by GRS
80% of our products are certificated with Oeko-Tex label.
We also turn to digital print to reduce the water and
chemical waste, aiming at the goal of achieving 100%
digital print by 2020.
